We’re a company by gamers, for gamers. We believe that carefully crafted and deeply compelling games are timeless and ultimately prevail over fine-tuned shallow addiction cycles. Our mission is to make deeply engaging and technically outstanding games, while embracing all the opportunities of new platforms, new business models and a games industry in flux.
We are looking for ambitious and highly skilled people who share our passion for making outstanding games. You will need to be ready to take on the challenge of being part of a small but experienced and ambitious team, not be afraid to get your hands dirty, have a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. For those up to the challenge, it's going to be a thrilling ride.
THE role - PRODUCER
Our studio is looking for a Producer to work closely with the Senior Director of Operations and handle the execution and tracking of all development activities for the game. You’re responsible for maintaining and improving our existing processes, keeping projects predictable (in terms of scope, budget and delivery date) and advocating for the best player experience possible given our constraints. Our ideal candidate would have experience in Free to Play games and has a background in product management.
Who You Are
You’re player focused, with the ability to motivate the team. You have the product sense to know when we have a successful build.
You’re able to clearly communicate status, visualize information, and concretely answer questions about how something is being built and when it’s likely to be delivered.
You have exceptional communication skills and are able to find alignment between a wide range of personality types and motivations.
You’re able to facilitate cross-functional teams (design, art, and engineering), understanding which information being presented is relevant to mitigate development risks.
You’re able to understand the strategic reasons why a given process is or isn’t working, and roll out improvements that make the team better long term.
Regardless of how many video games you play, you’re able to empathize deeply with our players.
