THE POSITION

Our roster has an opening with your name on it

As a Security Services Fraud Control & Returns Analyst, you will be monitoring and analyzing payment data and helping identify fraudulent patterns. Based on your findings you will provide recommendations on how best to minimize financial loses

You will be responsible for:

  • The monitoring, analysis and processing of all payments related data
  • Chargeback and Return reviews and reporting
  • Fraud trend investigation
  • Dispute Management
  • Discrepancies
  • Refunds & Voids
  • Reconciliations

  • Provide recommendations and work closely with the team.
  • Assist with delivering a variation of analytical projects within a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously look at ways to improve existing reporting and backend modeling using new sets of data and knowledge learnt within the role.

What We're Looking For In Our Next Teammate

  • As an investor in our people, we will provide you with a comprehensive training course specifically tailored to aid you in your new job as Security Services Fraud Control & Reporting Analyst. All we ask is that you meet the following criteria:
  • Strong Communication skills with excellent command in English
  • Knowledge of online money processing and payment methods
  • Strong investigation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Self-motivated, able to work as part of a busy team

The following credentials are a distinct advantage, but not essential for the role:

  • Advance understanding of MS Office especially Excel, Word
  • Previous banking / gaming industry experience, particular in Payments and Security
  • Experience in fraud prevention: detection and investigations, and chargebacks
