Game Designer


Do you have what it takes to design a thrilling adventure? DreamSail Games is searching for a game designer for its next game, "The Haunting of Shuma". Shuma is an Active Turn Based RPG / 3D Platformer hybrid for iOS, Nintendo Switch, and PC. If you love JRPG's (Like Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy), Platformers (Like Mario 64 or Ratchet & Clank), and anthropomorphic characters, this adventure is for you. We are considering a lead game designer role for this position depending on your level of expertise.


  • Creates design documents to serve as a bible for gameplay.
  • Builds baisic level layout and collaborates with the art team.
  • Drafts and prototypes systems for combat and platforming and oversees development to a final product.
  • Expertise with the Unity 3D Game Engine.
  • Willingness to work remote and be an active participant on Discord.


  • Experience on AAA Titles
  • Proficiency in C#
  • An eye for 3D worlds and aesthetics.
