Job Description Summary: Job Summary: The Office & Employee Experience Partner will delight in providing an exceptional employee experience at the fun and fast growing SciPlay Austin studio through office and administrative support as well as culture! This role is for the person who is passionate about organization, from scheduling and planning meetings, office and snack supply inventory, maintaining conference rooms, presentation and training support, and coordinating travel for visitors and/or new hires. This person has a multifaceted skill set and will be adept in coordinating with game teams, planning culture events, new hire onboarding, designing rad swag and other administrative duties as assigned.
The Office & Employee Experience Partner will partner with the Culture and Development team, People Ops, and all levels of employees in the organization to help drive a world-class company culture and employee experience.
Essential Job Functions
- Partner with People Ops to deliver various policies, procedures, initiatives, standards, and regulations through providing training and effective communications to employees and management
- In conjunction with Talent Acquisition Team coordinate interviews and representation at community recruiting events
- Provide support services to the employees of the Austin office, including the development of presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, travel management and expense administration
- Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies, handle shipping and mail distribution
- Own every aspect of office support including security and badge practices, facilities requests and office amenities
- Receive and provide a welcoming experience for both internal and external guests
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, IT and building management in compliance with procurement practices
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and execution of company events, celebrations, company trips, and conferences
- Coordinate, plan and facilitate staff and departmental meetings
- Oversees and solves space requests, floorplans, and seating assignments needed for occupancy planning and moves
- Plan and track usage of the Office and Culture budget
Qualifications
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years experience of office/clerical support experience
- 1 or more years of exposure to HR policies and procedures
