Position Summary The Order Processor I in this position will work in the Order Entry Department of the Parts Department under the supervision of the Lead/Supervisor. Responsibilities include but not exclusive to conducting order processing activities, and customer service support. The Order Processor will adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and standards. Order Processor may also be responsible for coordinating activities between internal and external customers such as casino’s, technicians, sales, scheduling team, logistics, purchasing and finance to successfully deliver and product to the customer.

  • Enters, processes, and tracks all orders that are submitted including gaming parts, inter-warehouse transfers, conversions, and gaming software.
  • Conducts work order maintenance such as BOM changes, shortage allocations, and cancellations and order maintenance.
  • Processes all orders and customer requests in a timely manner with high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure orders with special instructions ship accurately and on time.
  • Work with other internal departments to ensure orders are executed to the customer’s request.
  • Serves as support to all technicians and customer requests through high-volume calls and email requests.
  • Follow communication guidelines.

QualificationsRequirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume customer service and data entry environment.
  • Manufacturing or gaming distribution, jurisdictional knowledge experience is a plus.
  • Significant understanding or background in an MRP/ERP system.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Skills and Proficiencies:

  • Quality driven and detail-oriented ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service the highest level. Proven customer support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications
  • Analytical skills; capable of problem resolution
  • Very detail oriented.
