Essential Job Functions
Position Summary
- Create engaging learning modules that enhances retention and transfer
- Be a team expert in CBT including but not limited to Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud Tools (captivate, premier, addition, light room, media).
- Work with SME’s and identify training needs.
- Act as a liaison and represent the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals.
- Lead live web based training sessions for both internal and external clients.
- Research and apply emerging technology and concepts to educational initiatives
- Be the go – to individual on the technical training team to create and leverage multimedia videos
- Constantly find new and creative ways in leveraging internal LMS
- Ability to actively teach and support all training modules within the Scientific Games product lines via the above mentioned delivery techniques; with minimal supervision.
- Remains informed of new Scientific Games products and services.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Training and/or Experience
- Minimum of three years of dedicated training, teaching, or related experience.
- Casino operations and gaming experience a plus.
- Must have at least five years of dedicated technical CBT experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, Communication, Computer Science, Education, or related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Advanced HTML, SharePoint, and CBT multimedia working knowledge.
- Experience creating and managing YouTube channel.
- Experience supporting interactive material/media (audio, video, simulations, and web-based modules).
- Demonstrates interest in supporting learners and instructors with a wide range of skills and abilities.
- Demonstrates knowledge in the realm of adult learning theory and education technologies.
- Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision and balance multiple projects while working constructively in a team environment.
- Must have strong customer service.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and eligible for both a passport and gaming license (per jurisdiction).
- Must have the ability to perform under stress and adapt to change.
- Must have strong verbal and written skills, as well as public speaking and presentation skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, lie prone, hold, push, pull and lower as necessary.
Work Conditions
- Able to work in a professional, office setting when not in classroom training.
- Travel from 0% to 25%.
