Blizzard is looking for an Senior Analytics manager, who will help drive data-backed decisions, recommendations and optimization for Paid media, and CRM teams. In this strategic role, you will manage, coach, and mentor a team of 4-5 analysts and will help uplevel the analysts in your team. You will be working closely with cross-functional leaders across the organization and across Blizzard’s portfolio of games. The ideal candidate in this role will have prior experience working hands-on with marketing data and building analytical solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Make actionable recommendation on channel mix, marketing mix, optimization towards brand and performance outcomes, and budget setting/allocation
- Collaborate with Strategy, Activation and Commercial teams to develop measurement plans for marketing campaigns
- Mentor and lead a team of analysts
- Supervise the development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards, scorecards, econometric models, and attribution models
- Design and execute marketing test plans to measure the impact of paid media and CRM channels to overall business
- Partner with Martech, Commercial, and Product teams on data instrumentation, tracking and measurement
- Partner with internal and external teams to acquire, segment, and enrich customer data
- Present campaign results, test outcomes, and customer insights to internal stakeholders at all levels
Who you are:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to supervise direct reports
- 6+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years of experience managing a team
- Highly skilled in SQL
- Familiarity with experimental design, observational studies, quasi-experiments
- Familiarity with Tableau, Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Appsflyer, mParticle, Singular, BigQuery, SFMC
- Bonus: Experience with scripting languages and/or statistical programming language
