Have you ever dreamed of joining the Navy? Already been there or not quite ready for that yet? We are looking for a talented Sr. Producer to join our regional product team and drive the publishing efforts for one of Wargaming’s existing Free2Play PC titles.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, goal-focused, with outstanding communication abilities and has demonstrated his ability to manage projects across multiple departments on a large scale.

Regional Publishing Director

What will you do?

Be a product ambassador; understand and share product/project goals and requirements

Work with direct manager and other relevant stakeholders to create and execute product publishing roadmap and all product publishing activities

Work with direct manager and other team members to evaluate publishing strategies and implement programs to increase the organization's revenues and penetration of local target markets

Manage regional operations team - Associate Publishing Producer, CRM Manager

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute the position of the NA team to global decision making

Be accountable for the prioritization and execution of content promotional activities on the NA cluster

Define regional publishing tactics in alignment with product strategy

Drive the live experience of publishing content and activities to build and retain audiences

Own the execution and quality of content flow across all content delivery platforms in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Drive regional publishing processes (define, plan, execute, analyze), running daily stand ups and planning sessions where required

Plan and execute publishing initiatives targeting audience growth in relevant regions

Coordinate regional product/project publishing teams, including daily monitoring, tracking, and updating of tasks via project management tools

Work with distributed teams and outsource partners to ensure delivery of their components on time

Report regularly on product performance, executive highlights, status of projects

Organize and create regional workflows, as well as contribute to global workflows

Report service disruption incidents to ensure minimal downtimes and fast restoration of service

Secondary Goals

Research regional audience trends and characteristics. Knowledge is power

Own and execute operational workflows with in-house services and external vendors

Drive the creation of internal documentation (archiving project charters, tasks, comms, reminders, reports)

What are we looking for?

Passion for games and a deep understanding of the industry, and knowledge of what a great gaming experience entail

A Bachelor’s degree in any field and 5+ years of relevant industry experience on shipped titles for the PC platform, or 8+ years of relevant industry experience on shipped titles for the PC platform

Very good understanding of free-to-play business model on PC, as well as core operational processes in online games publishing and development

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

Epic analytics skills and a focus on data-driven evolution of processes and strategies

Experience in managing complex projects as well as a sound knowledge of project management

Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills In English. Other languages a plus

Excellent team worker with close attention to detail and high standards of work, as well as a strong desire to lead by example

Experience in managing direct reports and the ability to grow producers from zero to hero

Willingness to adapt work time to the needs of the product to support it effectively
