As a Game Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our games. You will help in creating the best player experience possible and support our awesome players! You will also be responsible for our player communities and popular social media platforms, as well as QA testing, gathering, analyzing and reporting valuable feedback in order to constantly improve the player experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Familiarize yourself with the game products operated by our company.
  • Constantly communicate with players in English-speaking regions. Answer players’ questions via online chat and email.
  • Establish a good relationship with players, collect their opinions and suggestions on game products, and provide timely feedback.
  • Maintain and manage game forums, player communities, and email communication to solve player-related issues.
  • QA testing and report any in-game technical issues.


We Expect You To Have:

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Good sense of customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Good writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Passion for video games and must have a certain understanding of mobile games.
  • Cheerful personality and be responsible at work.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Conversational skills in Chinese a big plus.
  • Experience in customer service in the gaming industry a big plus.

Additional information

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles (3 days/week on-site).

Current working hours 11am-8pm PST (including one hour break)
