Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are always leading the market as pioneers of innovation and creativity in the video game industry. Currently, we are seeking a VP of Production Services who will play a central role in our product release process. In this position, as a publisher function, you will oversee the QA (Quality Assurance), localization, release management, and submission departments, and are expected to efficiently manage the production process and provide high-quality, flexible services to our development studios.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality production services to the Publishing and Product Development departments.
  • Oversee the QA, Localization, Release Management, and Submission departments.
  • Supervise the coordination with regional departments and timeline management for product releases.
  • Negotiate, contract, and maintain relationships with outsourced vendors.
  • Evaluate and implement the latest technologies and services to build cost-effective processes and optimize resources.
  • Manage, train, and mentor teams in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
  • Guide team performance evaluation and skill development.


Qualifications And Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years of production experience in the video game industry.
  • At least 5 years of senior management experience in QA and Localization departments.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in QA and Localization.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory. Japanese language skills are desirable.
